A new school take on the old school deli.
The Goal:
More than Just Sauce.
Mike Carrino & Mike Cosenza (owners) are classically trained chefs from an elevated food background.
They grew up in Essex County, NJ, and aimed to bring a new concept of an old-school deli to their hometown.
Mike’s quickly became a staple in Nutley, so much so that they opened up a pasta & retail-only location in East Rutherford, NJ.
